The Kirby Simcox Quality Services CharterWe will report to clients regularly - in plain English - and send copies of all important documents and letters. We will return phone calls on the same day when possible, the following working day if not. Clients will not be kept waiting for more than ten minutes from the time of an appointment without an explanation. We will discuss CLS/Legal Aid eligibility/fees with clients at the outset and supply a regular costs update. |
